Search Forum Home   Project Management  I'm Looking For...  Senior Manageme...  Senior Management Project Status Report template    2/18/2008 1:19:43 PM 166106 2 posts Senior Management Project Status Report template We have a new Senior VP in IT and he has asked that each Director and VP in IT submit a bi-monthly update to him on key projects in their respective areas.  This update would preferably be one page and have a somewhat dashboard like look.  Just wondering if anyone has done this type of senior management level project status reporting and would be willing to share a template.  If you would like, either post or email me at jeff.mcbain@gmail.com.  Thanks for your consideration.  3/24/2008 1:50:47 PM 799142 1 posts Re: Senior Management Project Status Report template I could suggest you a book "The One-Page Project Manager" written by Clark Campbell and the related web page http://www.onepageprojectmanager.com/ Using the concepts described in the book and customizing the downloadable templates to your particular needs you can really summarize key project information in just one page, containing all essential details to communicate project status to upper management. My own experience using this approach and a customized template in some projects has proved sucessful.
