Hello,

My employer is interested in creating a lessons learned repository.   While we have been collecting some lessons learned to date, we have not been following any prescribed model.   Would anyone out there have any suggestions or, better yet, examples of such repositories?  I am interested in the categories of information that are being captured, search and reporting considerations, actual tool used and any other thoughts.
