2009 ISSIG Volunteer of the Year Award Recipients  
2009 PMI-ISSIG Volunteer of the Year Award were announced during the 2009 PMI ISSIG Annual Meeting. Theresa Bivens (Project Manager – PDS), Robert Segredo (Deputy Technology Group Lead), Claudio D'Arcangelo (Associate Deputy Director for Volunteers) and Nathalie Kiadi Pati (Project Manager for PM Desk Reference) were the recipients.

Theresa Bivens (Project Manager – PDS)
For her leadership role with the Professional Development Symposium (PDS) 2009 & 2010.  As the Project Manager, she faced numerous challenges and handled them all in a very professional manner.  Dedicated to the task at hand and spent many hours looking after the team and vendors.

Robert Segredo (Deputy Technology Group Lead
Rob led a dedicated and very skilled volunteer team to provide the operation excellence and technology support for all the stakeholders of the ISSIG, his hard work and great effort contribute greatly to the success of ISSIG.

Claudio D'Arcangelo (Associate Deputy Director for Volunteers)
Volunteering is key to making ISSIG vision a reality, providing membership value and above all having fun. Claudio has done an excellent job to perform volunteer registration, recruit, and oversee volunteers for our diverse and vibrant organization - ISSIG.

Nathalie Kiadi Pati (Project Manager for PM Desk Reference)
For coming in as PM for the PMP desk reference update. She had to learn very fast and was working with a very tight deadline.  She was always upbeat and took the challenge with dedication.
