As an attendee and former PM of PDS, I thought the event was a great success. I find it facinating that Pam has been "terminated" as the PM by the current BOD. I find this position unacceptable for the ISSIG BOD as volunteer leadership, proven, successful leadership, is difficult to find and often impossible to maintain. With this action, the BOD has fired a cadre of volunteers who have successfully managed this event for the last 10 years. The actions of the BOD are unacceptable, in my opinion, and lead me to determine if continuing to be a member has any value.

Great job Pam. Sorry you couldn't continue.
