Realities of Project Management Consulting
Presented by Michelle Pallas, MSM, PMP, CIRM

Abstract:

This presentation addresses the unique challenges of a project management consultant. The Consultant Communities Model will be demonstrated and participants will have the chance to map their current situation using the model. Through a 5-step process, key consulting challenges are addressed. Common problem solving techniques are identified as tools to managing expectations of members of the client & delivery organizations along with the consultant's resource network. Adding value by deliberately expanding a personal network is explored.
